Staking Trees and Why It’s Necessary Sometimes

Staking trees is usually something we provide for younger species. You see, When you first plant that tree, you’re going to want it to grow properly and maintain a decent structure. This means, you don’t want your tree growing as if it’s leaning toward something or being lopsided.

We use stakes to keep everything structured properly. Sometimes stakes are also used to hold a tree in place for winter protection. During snowy weather, freezing, windy temperatures can severely damage a tree. However, we’re able to provide protection by wrapping them with burlap bags and adding stakes for more structural integrity.
